The primary challenge was to develop a comprehensive job application portal within a demanding one-month timeframe. This meant that in addition to planning and executing a number of intricate features, team members also needed to work together seamlessly. Efficient integration of multiple functionalities required effective collaboration and communication. We had a short turnaround time and were expected to provide a fully functional portal that complied with all project requirements while maintaining quality.
