Challenge

The client wanted a Multi LR Entry system that could streamline the process of managing courier details.

The project encountered significant challenges in managing multiple LR entries and generating QR code-based invoices.  In order to guarantee accurate data processing and easy integration, these complexities had to be handled carefully. Another significant challenge was collaborating with different teams to advance application enhancements. Addressing these issues required effective communication and teamwork to make sure the finished system fulfilled project specifications and enhanced overall functionality.

Approach

We were tasked with developing a Multi LR Entry system that could effectively manage courier information, LR entries, and generate QR code-based invoices.

Additionally, this system had to accurately allocate unique LR numbers and manage vendor details. By combining these features into a comprehensive application, the goal was to optimize the logistics process and make sure that each component functioned seamlessly together to enhance operational efficiency and data management.

Result

The project led to a significant reduction in processing time by improving the management of courier details and LR entries.

When tracking shipments, the effective integration of QR code-based invoicing increased precision and reduced errors. This achievement was complemented by a user-friendly interface, developed in close collaboration with the UX/UI team which raised user adoption rates and enhanced satisfaction with the application’s overall efficiency.
